Pommeron, an exhibitor within the Innovation Gallery at VIV Europe 2018, introduced (in Dutch) the Kip van Oranje (Orange Chicken) networking concept as one which is suitable for every strategy. Sustainable value can be made by converting linear communication to one that is circular.

Other rules of the collaboration game include:

  • Sharing collective knowledge of the chain
  • Forming a collective picture of what can be done better
  • Organising consultation around the question: how can we make added value together?
  • Using one game rule: the joint interest always goes for the individual...
