IMPROVING EGG PRODUCTION, FCR AND PROFITABILITY WITH PERFEGG

Egg demand should meet a sustained and continuous growth in the years to come. Egg producers are continuously looking for new solution helping them to answer to their zootechnical and economic objectives.

Two years ago, during the last VIV Asia trade show 2017, PERFEGG, an innovative feed specialty won the E-novation award (Feed & Additives category). PERFEGG is made of plant extracts that improves the performances of layers at the end of the laying period (> 50 weeks of age) when egg production decreases. By increasing the egg production and extending the laying period, PERFEGG optimizes the producers’ investment in pullets genetic. PERFEGG will also contribute to improvement Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) and lower feed costs thanks to a targeted action on type-2 diabetes and on liver functioning.
