3: Look beyond antibiotic-free
The market for antibiotic-free (ABF) poultry is already significant and it is growing fast. Justin Sherrard of Rabobank International has reported an estimate that in 2015 it already accounted for 15% of all consumer purchases of chicken from retail stores. The amounts purchased are growing at a rate of over 10% per year.
