How to delete your account

If you wish to delete your account and associated data from VIV Connect, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the VIV Connect application on your device.
  2. Navigate to the Account Settings menu.
  3. Select the "Delete Account" option.
  4. Confirm your decision when prompted.

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please be certain before proceeding.

Data deletion information

When you delete your account from VIV Connect, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Your personal profile information
  • Your account credentials and login information
  • All app activity history and usage data
  • Any user-generated content you created
  • All preferences and settings associated with your account
  • Any other data directly tied to your user account

Data retention

We do not retain any of your personal data after account deletion. There is no retention period - all your information is immediately and permanently removed from our systems upon account deletion.

What happens after deletion?

Once your account is deleted:

  • You will no longer be able to access your account.
  • All your data will be permanently erased.
  • The deletion is complete and irreversible.
  • You would need to create a new account if you wish to use our service again.
